Fountains Abbey Deer

Well during the holidays we went on a few trips, this one was upto fountains abbey near ripon as they had THREE different deer, Red and Fallow as we’ve seen before but also Sika Deer which are Japanese

Well a few months ago i went on a lovely deer stalk with Geoff Simpson (his blog is linked over there…) and it was pointed out to me last night that one of my photos has been used on his site, here…
Was a great day, and learnt loads from Geoff, shame we never got any stags rutting against each other, but got some great photos
